Hunts Recruitment is seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Childcare Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and young people with additional needs and/or behaviours. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in residential childcare, working closely with other professionals to deliver innovative and effective care solutions. The annual salary for this position is approximately £26,364 - £27,783 per annum (pro-rata), and you will benefit from comprehensive training and support to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to young people with additional needs and/or behaviours.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver high-quality care that meets individual needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practice and industry developments in residential childcare.
