Young People Services Coordinator

This Support Worker role involves working with vulnerable young people between the ages of 16-25 in a supported living environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young adults and possess the skills and mindset required to work with individuals who may have had to face traumatic issues.
You will be responsible for providing emotional support and guidance to service users, as well as maintaining safe working boundaries. The role requires good initiative and self-management skills, with the ability to plan your day and achieve tasks while engaging fully with service users.
As a member of our team, you will receive mandatory training and certification, as well as access to friendly and experienced Health & Social Care Consultants. We offer competitive rates of pay and a highly paid sleep-in rate, making this a great opportunity for those looking to work in a supportive and challenging role.
About the SalaryWe offer a competitive salary of £18.50 per hour, plus a highly paid £100 per night sleep-in rate. Our weekly pay is via BACS, and holiday pay is accrued separately from your hourly rate.
