Commercial Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Development Manager to join our team at GRS Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with customers and suppliers, and driving commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Aggregate and Waste market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to drive commercial growth.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and commercial activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and delivery of commercial objectives.
- Commercial experience within the Aggregate and Waste market.
- Strong understanding of the infrastructure market and ability to develop and implement commercial strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering commercial objectives.
