Business Development Manager

Job Summary:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Key Account Manager, where you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing customers, and driving commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive commercial growth
- Work closely with the project manager to ensure seamless delivery of projects
- Manage internal systems for customer quoting, account management, and query management
- Develop and present commercial plans to divisional leaders
- Participate in commercial and strategy team meetings
- Commercial experience within the Aggregate and Waste market
- Self-starter with business development initiatives
- Consultative approach with strong communication skills
- Able to build effective relationships at all levels
- Accurate data entry and experience with conducting research and data analysis
