We are seeking a skilled Rail Industry Stakeholder Manager to join our team at the Rail Delivery Group. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Business Relationship Manager in ensuring clear and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating programme updates, managing feedback sessions, and integrating stakeholder views into programme initiatives and decisions. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.

You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to queries, resolving routine issues escalated by the Business Relationship Manager, and inputting TOC/CC requirements into the Ideas Log. You will also identify and communicate requirements for TOC readiness, facilitating the implementation of the PA toolset and future proposed functionality.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in risk management, stakeholder management, and data analysis. You will also require excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
