Rail Delivery Group is a leading organisation in the rail industry, committed to delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of passengers and freight operators. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Engineering Team as a Junior Engineer.

About the Role:

As a Junior Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the development of engineering leaders and contributing to the delivery of reliable and state-of-the-art services for passengers. You will work closely with our experienced team to find solutions to complex problems, manage and administer engineering and business projects, and conduct research to inform industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing engineering solutions to meet business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform industry best practices
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Studying a degree accredited by the IET or the IMechE
  • Self-motivated, personable, and enthusiastic with a professional approach to business
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Passionate about engineering and keen to make a difference
