">We are recruiting an experienced Rail Industry Medical Professional to join our team at RPS Group. As a key member of our OH team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
About the Job
This is a permanent role working 2-5 days per week, with flexible hours to accommodate your needs. You will be based in London, with opportunities to work on various projects across the UK.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a wide range of medical assessments, including management referrals, pension eligibility assessments, and HSE Appointed Doctor medicals.
- Participate in audit activities to maintain SEQOHS accreditation and ensure clinical excellence.
- Oversee quality and clinical management, ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
What We Can Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including a comprehensive training program and opportunities for career advancement.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Diploma in Occupational Medicine or equivalent qualification.
- MFOM qualified with rail experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
