Rail Operations Coordinator Specialist

As Rail Operations Coordinator Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Team, working closely with our network members and stakeholders to support the delivery of efficient, safe, and high-performing rail systems.
The role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the rail industry and have a strong desire to learn and grow. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as operational standards, control, traincrew, emergency planning, and safety.
You will work on various projects, undertaking tasks such as assimilating and understanding large amounts of information, writing clear and concise reports, and providing support to RDG Members on the production of industry guidance and generic procedures.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also have the opportunity to develop your communication and interpersonal skills, working with industry stakeholders and colleagues across the organization.
