Rail Industry Resource Planning Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our client's team as a Rail Industry Resource Planner. This is an exciting opportunity to work on behalf of a train operating company based in London, shaping the future of the business and driving its success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resources across the rail sector, ensuring that the business meets its objectives while maintaining cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Act as the main point of accountability for resourcing costs, reporting directly to the Head of Service Delivery and other departmental heads.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to integrate ad hoc route and traction knowledge into roster requirements, ensuring a diverse range of resource availability.
- Manage the construction and delivery of station roster production, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization and compliance with budgetary constraints and business instructions.
We are looking for a talented professional with a strong background in strategic resourcing or rostering roles within the rail industry or similar complex operational environments. If you have proven experience in a strategic resourcing or rostering role, we encourage you to apply.
