About TCR International N.V.

We are a leading provider of integrated solutions for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) in the aviation industry, with a global operational presence spanning over 200 airports across America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East. Our comprehensive offering includes GSE rental, leasing, and maintenance services.

Salary: €120,000 - €180,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Role: As our new Commercial Growth Director, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and leading our commercial strategy in the UK & Ireland market. Based at Heathrow, you will collaborate with our commercial leaders to drive global growth and develop customer relationships through Key Account Management.

  • Experience in the commercial sector, particularly in asset solutions
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and customer focus
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland (approximately 20%)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Revenue Growth:
  • Build and nurture relationships with key and new customers
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with TCR's goals
  • Grow a sustainable, profitable commercial pipeline
  • Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team
Manage Key Accounts:
  • Oversee a best-in-class Key Account Management (KAM) structure
  • Provide training and guidance to Key Account Managers
  • Conduct regular customer surveys and translate feedback into actionable business opportunities
  • Utilize opportunities to enhance our client offering and client satisfaction
Ensure Operational Excellence:
  • Take ownership of commercial projects from start to finish
  • Collaborate with fleet and operations teams to define service level agreements and exceed client expectations
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to ensure the customer proposition is best in class
  • Identify potential risks in commercial operations, including financial, contractual, and market risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them
Optimize Commercial Processes:
  • Lead and support a team focused on performance and continuous improvement
  • Implement efficient processes based on simplicity, standardization, and automation
  • Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and profitability
  • Build business cases to support new and existing business
  • Work closely with TCR experts across the globe to share best practice with a continual improvement mindset at heart
