Commercial Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales team, supporting the Head of Sales and full-time BDM in driving business growth.
About the RoleThis is a key role within our company, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and securing contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the manned guarding industry and excellent sales skills.
Key Responsibilities- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure contracts
- Built strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Utilize knowledge of the sales cycle to drive leads through to tendering and closing sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives
- Industry experience, preferably in a similar role or with at least two years manned guarding sales experience
- Excellent knowledge of the entire sales cycle from initial lead finding to tendering and closing sales
- Strong client engagement, persuasion, and communication skills
- Able to reside within commuting distance of our offices near Heathrow
- Salary: Circa £40k commission (possibly higher for an exceptional candidate)
- Company car or allowance
- Phone and laptop supplied
- Commission paid at 1% to target, 1% bonus for hitting target, and 2% above target
- 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- NEST pension scheme (upgradable)
