Business Development and Account Management:
Cognia Law, a dynamic law firm, is seeking an accomplished Sales, Lead, Deal and Account Manager (LDAM) to lead business development, account management, and revenue growth initiatives. This exciting opportunity involves working with clients across various regions, including the UK, EMEA, Australia, USA, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
As a key contributor to our high-performing team, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our leadership team, subject matter experts, and commercial teams to ensure optimal client service delivery. Additionally, you will collaborate with executive sponsors, SMEs, and the wider team to prepare and execute account plans with strategies and actions to achieve agreed business objectives and metrics. Key responsibilities include developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, driving revenue growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing and executing account plans, ensuring client service delivery, and influencing senior stakeholders.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of converting leads, driving new business, understanding customer needs, building rapport, and closing sales. Strong communication and self-driven skills are essential. Proficiency in software applications such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems is also required. Knowledge of the Legal/Professional Services or Alternative Legal Service Providers market is desirable.

What We Offer:
Cognia Law offers a competitive estimated salary range of £90,000 - £130,000, commensurate with experience, along with additional benefits and career growth opportunities.
