- Comprehensive training with a structured 3-month KPI and Revenue plan, along with warm leads and clients to kickstart your journey, with a potential bonus of £1,200 per month.
- A collaborative environment, both virtually and in-person, providing opportunities to network with peers on similar paths.
- Regular leadership meetings to discuss your progress and achievements.
You will be equipped for ongoing success, allowing you to advance through our Career Pathway. We ensure full transparency in compensation, based on skills, competencies, and performance.
We offer a competitive basic salary of up to £40,000, with on-target earnings reaching up to £57k, plus a Car Allowance. Additionally, as part of the Reach family, you will enjoy a wide range of benefits and discounts.
Our career pathway salary ranges are as follows:
- Account Manager: £28K to £32K
- Senior Account Manager: £32K to £35K
- Key Account Director: £35K to £40K
- Senior Key Account Director: £40K to £45K
Role Overview
This dynamic position involves presenting digital advertising solutions to drive sales and enhance client ROI. It is a fast-paced environment focused on new business development. You will network and secure new business and Key Accounts in your local area through self-sourced leads.
- Designing and executing effective and innovative advertising campaigns.
- Showcasing our diverse range of digital advertising solutions, while converting and retaining high-value clients.
- Driving additional revenue growth through effective sales strategies, account management, ROI reporting, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
