About the Role
As a Strategic Account Manager at Westcoast Group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key partners to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account development plans to exceed revenue and margin targets
- Build relationships at senior levels within account portfolio to ensure Westcoast Group is their partner of choice
- Work strategically with accounts to increase partner entanglement scores
- Orchestrate and run Partner Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Collaborate with other business areas to deliver against operational excellence goals
- Be innovative by creating bespoke projects/services to solve partner challenges
- Work with internal account management team to maximize deals and be an escalation point
- Build relationships with customers' vendor account managers to increase deal visibility and preferred supplier status
- Proactively manage commercials to improve margin or gain share
- Introduce new products into account base and formulate GTM plans utilizing internal resources
- Work with account Exec Sponsors to deliver against account development plans and entanglement
- Create and deliver against partner business plans
