Responsibilities- Oversee daily interactions with Snack & Cereals Retail buyers at key retail partners.
- Act as the primary contact for marketing and administrative teams related to retail.
- Assist the Wholesale National Account Manager in supply chain meetings.
- Collaborate with internal Shopper Marketing and Digital teams to execute exceptional in-store activations.
- Manage relationships with field sales teams.
- Contribute to the overall group annual performance targets.
- Develop and implement customer Joint Business Plans for retail, focusing on volume, market share, and sales.
- Oversee budget management and Joint Business Planning.
- Monitor and execute Retail Joint Business Plan activations, providing regular updates to customers.
- Proven experience as a National Account Manager in the FMCG sector.
- Background in Wholesale and Impulse retail environments.
- Degree-level education is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
