Drive Strategic Partnerships in the DACH Region

We're seeking a driven and experienced Senior Partnership Growth Manager to spearhead our expansion within the dynamic DACH market. You'll play a pivotal role in forging impactful collaborations with leading financial institutions, technology providers, and other key players across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Your Mission:
  • Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of partnerships within our target verticals in the DACH region.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and execute a comprehensive partnership growth strategy for the region.
  • Contribute to the refinement of our sales processes and approaches, both regionally and globally, by providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Serve as a liaison between partners and product teams, ensuring seamless integration and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in German is essential.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling technology solutions, ideally API-based offerings or correspondent banking services (via SWIFT) to financial institutions and large enterprises within the DACH region.
  • A hands-on approach, comfortable leading discussions and supporting the broader business development team.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for identifying growth opportunities and prioritizing efforts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to effectively engage with partners at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of the European regulatory landscape and international payment systems.
