Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and building relationships with insurance brokers and Managing General Agents (MGAs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with insurance brokers and MGAs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
  • Deliver strong growth in sales and income to our business
  • Network widely, representing Qlaims at key industry events
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Manage contract implementations, from negotiation to execution and monitoring
  • Support the forecasting, budgeting, and commercial modeling activity for Partnerships
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a partnership or corporate business development role within the insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including MS Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Full UK driving license
