Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and building relationships with insurance brokers and Managing General Agents (MGAs).
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities with insurance brokers and MGAs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
- Deliver strong growth in sales and income to our business
- Network widely, representing Qlaims at key industry events
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Manage contract implementations, from negotiation to execution and monitoring
- Support the forecasting, budgeting, and commercial modeling activity for Partnerships
- 5+ years of experience in a partnership or corporate business development role within the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including MS Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Full UK driving license
- Excellent salary and company pension
