The Opportunity: Partnerships Director - EMEA

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partnerships Director to spearhead the expansion of our premium membership product, The Partnerships, across Europe and the Middle East. Following the successful launch in the U.S., this role is crucial in replicating that success within the EMEA region.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our Partnership team to develop and refine our membership offering for asset management firms in Europe and MENA, ensuring it aligns with market demands and client needs.
  • Craft compelling sales messaging, define clear client benefits, and establish a robust go-to-market strategy for The Partnerships within the EMEA region.
  • Drive revenue growth by personally achieving ambitious targets and exceeding contract goals for this new product line.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key partners in the asset management industry across Europe and MENA.
  • Identify and develop new prospects, converting leads into paying Partnerships members through strategic outreach and relationship building.
  • Work closely with our Client Services team to ensure exceptional client service throughout their journey with us, fostering high renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously build a robust pipeline of potential members, maintaining accurate records and providing visibility to leadership on sales progress.
  • Actively participate in industry events and forums to enhance the company's visibility and influence within the asset management community.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with product offerings and market trends.

Your Profile:

  • Demonstrated expertise and connections within the asset management industry in Europe and MENA is essential.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets within a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to cultivate strong partnerships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market trends and competitive landscape within the asset management sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
