SAAS Partnership Lead - EMEA

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Partnerships Lead to join our team in EMEA, working closely with a leading provider of AI-driven solutions in the retail industry. This role is pivotal in managing and expanding a strategic partnership with Microsoft, focusing on deploying AI services that transform retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the relationship with Microsoft, ensuring that AI solutions are effectively integrated and aligned with their ecosystem to achieve shared objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the retail sector, including both eCommerce and brick-and-mortar environments. Understand their needs and demonstrate how AI solutions can address their challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure that partnership strategies are in sync with overall business objectives. Work on joint go-to-market strategies and product integrations.
  • Leverage your deep understanding of the retail industry to identify new opportunities for AI-driven solutions, providing insights into market trends and customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in the retail sector, with a focus on either eCommerce or brick-and-mortar stores, and a strong understanding of industry challenges.
  • Proven track record in a SaaS environment, with experience in managing partnerships and collaborating with major tech companies.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders within the retail industry.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align partnership activities with broader business goals, driving mutual success.
What We Offer:
  • This is a fully remote role, based in the UK, offering flexibility and autonomy.
  • Competitive salary up to £110,000, plus 50% uncapped commission, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
