About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional EMEA Partnerships Sales Lead to drive sales initiatives by developing strategic partnerships with established and emerging FMCG and Grocery Retail giants.

The Opportunity

A world-leading enterprise AI SaaS Company, ANSON MCCADE, seeks a highly skilled professional to cultivate game-changing alliances with global giants like Microsoft and over half the world's top 30 grocery retailers and 25 global CPG manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute high-performance sales and demand generation processes.
  • Take full ownership of the partnership lifecycle, seeking out BD opportunities in untapped markets to seal transformative deals and drive sustained revenue growth.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align revenue strategies with company goals.
  • Establish and maintain a strong network of C-level executives and solid business acumen.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in B2B/Enterprise SaaS sales within the Retail Technology sector, with a proven track record in FMCG and grocery retail.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in driving Industry 4.0 digital transformation and a strong understanding of AI's impact on Retail.
  • Established network of C-level executives and solid business acumen, ideally supported by a degree in a business-related field.
What We Offer
  • Base Salary: £85,000 - £110,000 (DoE)
  • Annual Bonus: 50% OTE - Uncapped
