The Opportunity

A world-leading enterprise AI SaaS company is looking for a talented individual to cultivate game-changing alliances with global giants like Microsoft and over half the world's top 30 grocery retailers and 25 global CPG manufacturers.

The Role

As the EMEA Partnerships Sales Lead, you will be at the forefront of cultivating strategic partnerships, seeking out business development opportunities in untapped markets to seal transformative deals and drive sustained revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with industrial retail and grocery retail giants
  • Drive sales initiatives and business development opportunities in untapped markets
  • Take full ownership of the partnership lifecycle, from initial contact to deal closure
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align revenue strategies with company goals
  • Develop and execute high-performance sales and demand generation processes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B/Enterprise SaaS sales within the retail technology sector, with a proven track record in FMCG and grocery retail
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Demonstrated success in driving Industry 4.0 digital transformation and a strong understanding of AI's impact on retail
  • Established network of C-level executives and solid business acumen, ideally supported by a degree in a business-related field
What We Offer
  • Base Salary: £85,000 - £110,000 (DoE)
