**Head of Sales and Events**

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our sales and events strategy, driving growth and revenue for our client, a renowned restaurant brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, events, partnerships, and corporate hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and events strategy to drive revenue growth
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
  3. Lead a team of sales and events professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of events and sales initiatives
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in sales, events, and partnerships
  2. Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams
  3. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  4. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve business objectives
