**Head of Sales and Events**
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our sales and events strategy, driving growth and revenue for our client, a renowned restaurant brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, events, partnerships, and corporate hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and events strategy to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
- Lead a team of sales and events professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of events and sales initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in sales, events, and partnerships
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve business objectives
