Your Mission

  • Develop and nurture a robust pipeline of partnerships across key verticals within the Benelux region.
  • Collaborate with the Wise Platform team to define and execute our strategic plan for partnership expansion in the region.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing our sales processes and strategies, both regionally and globally. This includes refining pitches, pricing models, go-to-market initiatives, and other growth-driving activities.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and product teams, providing valuable feedback based on prospect interactions to shape the product roadmap and enhance the end-customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Dutch, French, or German is essential.
  • Proven track record of selling technology products, ideally API solutions or traditional Correspondent Services via SWIFT to banks or large enterprises in the Benelux region. Demonstrate your ability to deliver high-impact partnerships from end to end.
  • Hands-on approach, comfortable leading discussions and supporting the business development team with their pipelines.
  • Ability to effectively guide partners on leveraging Wise Platform while also negotiating commercial and legal terms.
  • Analytical mindset, data-driven in identifying areas of focus for the team and scoping/sizing opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of economics, responsible for owning and supporting financial negotiations with partners.
  • Customer-centric approach. At Wise, customer satisfaction is paramount. You should be passionate about assisting our customers and contributing to our mission.
  • Familiarity with the European regulatory landscape and a grasp of how international payments operate today.
