Job Overview:

As an integral member of our team, the FP&A Lead will be pivotal in steering financial strategies that drive growth and innovation. This role requires a strategic mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to enhance performance and identify growth avenues.
  • Financial Modelling: Create advanced financial models for forecasting and budgeting to support strategic initiatives.
  • Budget Ownership: Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering actionable insights.
  • Trend Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Financial Reporting: Develop clear and impactful financial narratives through effective reporting and visual presentations.
  • Process Improvement: Implement best practices and leverage technology to enhance FP&A efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a technology-focused environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with a talent for transforming data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
