About the Role

Loruspartners is seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in the strategic financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis of our Private Equity backed Technology business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all commercial finance and FP&A topics across the business, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is provided to senior stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and articulate the current performance of the business, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial finance and FP&A, ensuring data quality and relevance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Lead financial planning (budgets, forecasts, long-range plans) for commercial finance and FP&A, ensuring clear articulation of key dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive focus and support the business on key topics such as build cycle time, build efficiency, WIP, and contractor rate reviews.
  • Lead a team of 3, providing coaching and an environment for development and high performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualified accountant with 5+ years post-qualified experience.
  • A first-class academic record.
  • Experience within the software/recurring revenue business/Professional Services/TMT sector, with a deep understanding of the subscription-based business model.
  • Excellent communication and high numeracy skills.
  • Strong financial/operational and commercial expertise gained from within customer-oriented environments.
