About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at FP Global. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a Team of Quality Assurance Specialists: You will be responsible for managing a team of quality assurance specialists who will conduct reviews and audits to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures.
  • Develop and Implement Quality Assurance Processes: You will work closely with our Risk Management team to develop and implement quality assurance processes that ensure our operations are aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct Quarterly Quality Checks: You will conduct quarterly quality checks on new business accepted to ensure compliance with internal policies, particularly for client due diligence, screening, and risk assessment.
  • Provide Training and Support: You will provide training and support to our teams on quality assurance best practices and ensure they are aware of internal policy requirements.
  • Prepare Reports and Recommendations: You will prepare jurisdiction-specific reports on QA findings and provide recommendations for training and remediation where necessary.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with our Risk Management, Compliance, and Client On-boarding teams to ensure thorough understanding and adherence to client acceptance and anti-money laundering policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience: You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance and/or client due diligence.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: You will have in-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting the Funds & Trusts space.
  • AML Certification: You will have certification in AML or an equivalent qualification.
  • Technical Skills: You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to adapt to new technology.
  • Leadership Skills: You will have experience in coaching and developing team members.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: You will have strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
