Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at InterQuest Group. As a Senior Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts for our technology and media business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Lead a team of quality assurance engineers to ensure the effective execution of quality assurance activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Design and implement automation frameworks using Cypress for web-based applications and Xcuitest or Appium for iOS and Android apps.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of software products.
  • Identify and report defects and issues to development teams and ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of quality assurance activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the quality assurance team is equipped with the latest skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading quality assurance teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in software testing, quality assurance, and automation.
  • Experience with Cypress, Xcuitest, Appium, and other automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and report defects and issues.
  • Experience with quality metrics and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, including Agile and Kanban methodologies.
