About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at MAC Clinical Research. As a key member of our QA team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and conduct audits and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Design, implement, and report on quality assurance programs and initiatives.
  • Lead and manage the QA team to ensure effective delivery of quality assurance services.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance in all aspects of our operations.
  • Identify and mitigate quality and compliance risks.
  • Develop and implement training programs for QA staff and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance and compliance in a pharmaceutical or CRO environment.
  • Proven track record of managing and conducting audits and quality assurance activities.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
