Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential new prospects and tailor your approach to their specific needs.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage with key decision-makers and drive meaningful conversations.
- Collaborate with our sales team to refine lead generation strategies and optimize conversion rates.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide regular feedback to management on lead quality and sales development processes.
- Proven experience in B2B sales development, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in LinkedIn use for Business Development activity.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
