We Are Workforce Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team at our West Bromwich site.

This full-time, on-site role involves making outbound sales calls, including cold calling, to generate and follow up on leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and following up on cold leads through outbound telephone calls
  • Following up on warm leads and responding to sales inquiries
  • Entering and processing sales orders in our company's systems
  • Providing reports and analyses on sales, budgets, and performance
  • Developing and maintaining a strong business network to increase sales
  • Assisting the Managing Director and Sales Managers in executing our marketing strategy
  • Supporting the Operations team with daily tasks and providing coverage for the Production Assistant as needed
  • Becoming a Super User of our company's software systems, offering support across the business
