Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Workforce Staffing Ltd. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
    • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their business objectives.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Account Management:
    • Manage existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Develop and implement account plans to increase sales and revenue from existing clients.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
  • Administrative and Organizational Skills:
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and sales performance.
    • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, client interactions, and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs and provide solutions.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
    • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
