Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and build relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
- Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategies to retain and grow client business.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Education: A-Level or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Personal Qualities: Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Competitive Salary: £21,500-£23,500 per annum.
- Bonus Scheme: Business and personal objectives bonus.
- Benefits: Benenden health care cover, workplace pension scheme, and 25 days holidays plus bank holidays.
