About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Workforce Staffing Ltd. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and build relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategies to retain and grow client business.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide regular sales reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education: A-Level or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
