Position Overview

As a vital member of the People Partnering team, you will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and report directly to the Head of People Performance. This role presents a unique opportunity to significantly influence the operational success of Frasers Group by collaborating with stakeholders to deliver tailored people solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be to develop and execute a comprehensive People Plan for designated business areas, ensuring that actions support the overarching Frasers Group People strategy. Key areas of focus will include:
  • Organizational Design: Assessing and ensuring that roles and structures are optimized for effectiveness.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent, thereby supporting succession planning.
  • Employee Relations: Assisting managers in proactively addressing employee relation matters.

In addition, you will collaborate with other People teams to facilitate transformational change initiatives and act as a visible advocate for our core values, fostering an environment where these values are consistently demonstrated.

Best Practices Development

This role will also involve identifying and establishing best practice frameworks, solutions, processes, and tools that enhance both people and business performance, ultimately contributing to the achievement of our vision.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Diverse industry and HR expertise, with a proven track record in partnering roles within dynamic, multi-location, and complex organizations.
  • Experience collaborating with various Head Office functions.
  • A background in high-performing teams within customer-centric service or retail environments.
  • The ability to build effective relationships to collaborate, persuade, and influence.
  • Skills to shape and lead initiatives and change projects.
  • Competence in interpreting and analyzing data to propose actionable insights for positive change.
  • A resilient and assertive demeanor, capable of thriving under pressure and overcoming challenges.
