About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled People Business Partner to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our People Performance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our people plans across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Building Relationships
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, including Regional/Area Managers, to provide people solutions and support.
- People Solutions
Work with other teams within the People function, including Recruitment and Learning & Development, to deliver people solutions and support.
- Talent Management
Complete talent reviews with stakeholders, agree actions, and proactively monitor progress to ensure the development of key talent.
- Succession Planning
Develop and implement succession plans for key roles to ensure continuity and growth within the organization.
- Employee Engagement
Maintain a focus on colleague engagement and well-being, ensuring that all employees feel valued and supported.
- Operational Support
Support with new store openings and closure processes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Employee Relations
Manage employee relations cases, including complex cases, to ensure fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
Requirements
- Experience
Ideal previous experience in a similar generalist HR/People role, with a proven track record of delivering people solutions and support.
- Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Education
Relevant qualifications in HR or a related field, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices.
