Position Overview

As a vital member of the People Performance team, you will report directly to the People Business Partner and engage in a generalist role that supports the execution of our people strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular discussions with stakeholders to assess their workforce, addressing all aspects of the employee experience.
  • Collaborate with various teams within the People function, including Recruitment and Learning & Development.
  • Execute talent assessments with stakeholders, agreeing on actions and proactively tracking progress.
  • Facilitate succession planning for critical positions.
  • Assist in enhancing the skills of management personnel.
  • Maintain a strong focus on employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support processes related to new store openings and closures.
  • Manage employee relations matters effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Ideally, previous experience in a comparable generalist HR/People role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations cases, including complex situations.
  • Experience in a customer-centric or retail environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in working with data.
  • Possess a natural curiosity and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to make an impact and build effective relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate, persuade, and influence stakeholders.
  • Assertive, resilient, and tenacious, with the ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
