Role Overview:

We invite you to leverage your expertise and enthusiasm for retail to continually improve our customer service delivery.

Collaborating with the team, you will foster a culture of risk management by being commercially savvy, while also ensuring a welcoming, safe, and secure shopping and working atmosphere. Your presence will be vital in safeguarding the store and minimizing stock loss.

As a member of the store team, you will serve as a point of contact for customers and visitors, providing guidance and assistance while remaining alert to potential risks. You will also engage in activities that promote a culture of loss prevention, including training store personnel, analyzing targeted data, conducting risk assessments, and building effective partnerships with external organizations.

Your role will involve supporting store management in creating a secure environment for both employees and customers. By working closely with the team, you will identify and communicate risks, perform safety and security checks, report relevant information, and act as a deterrent on the sales floor.

You will ensure compliance with Company policies and standards at all times.

Candidate Profile:

  • Essential experience in a retail setting
  • A skilled people manager, capable of organizing your own schedule and delegating tasks as necessary
  • Dedicated to collaborating within a large store team
  • Self-driven and proactive in taking initiative
  • A confident communicator who builds strong relationships with store teams, visitors, and customers
  • Attentive and capable of identifying risks while effectively de-escalating challenging situations
