About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Frasers Group as a Supervisor - Flannels, where you will play a key role in leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily workload and delegate tasks to the team to ensure efficient store operations.
- Supervise work, check completion, and ensure tasks are delivered to the expected standard set by senior management.
- Utilize business communication tools to complete tasks and ensure the team understands key functions.
- Understand and adhere to all processes and procedures, setting a positive example for others.
- Demonstrate good practice with seasonal guidelines, campaigns, and merchandising principles to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Understand daily controls and ensure the store is set up to meet company standards.
- Comply with company policy and rules regarding security measures and demonstrate control and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with all till and cashing up controls to maintain accurate financial records.
- Maximize sales opportunities and deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with customer and business requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with product features and benefits, ensuring knowledge is current and aligned with new product launches.
- Deliver to merchandising guidelines to ensure effective product placement and meet brand partner expectations.
- Understand and achieve KPI targets and expectations to drive business results.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and adopt the right product, place, and time to drive sales growth.
- Understand the Frasers Group structure, elevation strategy, and initiatives to contribute to the wider business.
- Engage with and provide feedback to contribute to the wider business.
- Support senior management to coach the team and drive performance improvement.
- Understand and support performance management processes to drive employee development.
- Understand your individual role and responsibilities and how they impact the team.
- Demonstrate day-to-day best practice standards and compliance.
- Support the team and act as a role model to drive positive change.
- Demonstrate strong, positive communication to all levels, motivating the team and building good working relationships within the store.
Requirements
- Experience of leading a team within a retail environment.
- Knowledge of and passion for luxury brands.
- Ability to drive sales through excellent customer service.
- Understanding of visual presentation and its impact on sales floor commerciality.
- Ability to motivate a team with effective communication.
