Role Overview

Retail Security Supervisor

We invite you to leverage your expertise and enthusiasm for retail to continuously improve our customer service delivery.

Collaborating with the team, you will foster a culture of risk management by being commercially savvy, while also ensuring a welcoming, safe, and secure shopping and working atmosphere. Your presence will be vital in safeguarding the store and minimizing inventory loss.

As a key member of the store team, you will serve as a point of contact for customers and visitors, providing guidance and assistance while remaining vigilant to any potential risks. You will also engage in activities that promote a culture of loss prevention, such as training team members, analyzing targeted data, conducting risk assessments, and building strong relationships with external partners.

Your role will involve supporting store management in creating a secure environment for both employees and customers. By working closely with the team, you will identify and communicate risks, perform safety and security inspections, report findings, and act as a deterrent on the sales floor.

You will ensure that company policies and standards are consistently upheld throughout the store.

Proven experience in a retail setting is essential Strong leadership skills, capable of organizing your own schedule and delegating tasks effectively Dedicated to collaborating as part of a large store team Self-driven and proactive in taking initiative Excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with team members, visitors, and customers Attentive and skilled at identifying risks and de-escalating challenging situations
