About the Role:
EQUANS is seeking a Night Security Supervisor to join our team at Mithras Hall of Residence, University of Brighton. As a Night Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the security team and ensuring the safety and security of the campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the security team and ensure the effective implementation of security protocols.
- Conduct regular patrols of the campus to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, staff, and local authorities to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring a prompt and effective response.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a security leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid SIA License.
