Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Security Supervisor to join our team at EQUANS. As a Night Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our Mithras Hall student accommodation campus.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of security personnel to provide a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to security incidents.
- Conduct regular patrols of the campus to identify potential security risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff, responding to their security concerns and needs.
- Proven experience in a security leadership role, preferably in a residential or campus setting.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures, including emergency response and crisis management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Valid SIA License and ability to pass security vetting checks.
