Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at EQUANS. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing security integrity for the Mithras Halls student accommodation campus, ensuring the team guards, patrols, and protects buildings in accordance with assignment instructions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the security team to ensure the highest level of security and customer service.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of residents and staff.
- Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify potential security risks and take corrective action.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure living environment for residents.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- 5+ years of experience in a security or customer service role.
- Valid SIA License and ability to pass vetting checks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
