Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of security personnel to provide a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to security incidents.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the campus to identify potential security risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective security strategy.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff, responding to their security concerns and needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a security leadership role, preferably in a residential or campus setting.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures, including emergency response and crisis management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Valid SIA License and ability to pass security vetting checks.
