Role Overview:

We invite you to leverage your expertise and enthusiasm for retail to innovate our customer service delivery.

In collaboration with the team, you will foster a culture of risk management by being commercially savvy, while ensuring a welcoming, safe, and secure shopping environment. Your presence will be crucial in safeguarding the store and minimizing stock loss.

As a vital member of the store team, you will serve as a point of contact for customers and visitors, offering guidance and support while remaining alert to potential risks. Your responsibilities will include enhancing a culture of loss prevention through training, analyzing targeted data, conducting risk assessments, and establishing effective partnerships with external agencies.

You will assist store management in creating a secure and safe environment for both employees and customers. By working closely with the team, you will identify and communicate risks, perform safety and security checks, report findings, and act as a deterrent on the shop floor.

Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with Company policies and standards at all times.

Candidate Profile:

  • Essential experience in a retail setting
  • A capable leader, adept at planning and organizing your schedule while delegating tasks effectively
  • Dedicated to collaborating within a large store team
  • Self-driven and proactive in your approach
  • A confident communicator, skilled in building strong relationships with team members, visitors, and customers
  • Observant, with the ability to identify risks and de-escalate challenging situations
