Role Overview:

We invite you to leverage your expertise and enthusiasm for retail to innovate our customer service delivery.

In collaboration with the team, you will foster a culture of risk management by being commercially savvy, while ensuring a welcoming, safe, and secure shopping and working atmosphere. Your presence will be crucial in safeguarding the store and minimizing stock loss.

As a vital member of the store team, you will serve as a point of contact for customers and visitors, providing guidance and support while remaining alert to potential risks. You will also undertake initiatives to promote a culture of loss prevention, including training the store team, analyzing targeted data, conducting risk assessments, and establishing effective partnerships with external organizations.

Your role will involve assisting store management in maintaining a secure environment for both employees and customers. By collaborating closely with the team, you will identify and communicate risks, perform safety and security inspections, report findings, and act as a deterrent on the sales floor.

You will ensure compliance with Company policies and standards at all times.

Candidate Profile:

  • Essential experience in a retail setting
  • A capable people manager, skilled in planning and organizing your schedule while delegating tasks as necessary
  • Dedicated to contributing as part of a large store team
  • Self-driven and proactive in taking initiative
  • A confident communicator, adept at building strong relationships with store teams, visitors, and customers
  • Observant with the ability to identify risks and de-escalate challenging situations
