Circet UK is in search of a skilled Senior Commercial Administration Specialist to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and update information from field operations to maintain the Management Information System (MIS).

- Provide assistance to the operations team, management, and Commercial Administrators.

- Analyze and process costs and sales data within the Management Information System (MIS).

- Submit deviations from estimates (DFEs) on AFS & MIS, providing necessary explanations to clients.

- Address queries and provide support to Commercial Administrators.

- Manage all commercial aspects of assigned projects, including supplier payments and client invoicing.

- Resolve invoicing queries from Team Leaders or the Senior Commercial Administration Manager.

- Proactively pursue weekly targets, ensuring work stacks are current.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

- Proven experience in a similar role.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities under pressure.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a readiness to embrace new challenges.

- Ability to foster positive working relationships with colleagues.

- High attention to detail.

- Competently manage Work In Progress (WIP) and conduct analysis on estimates for invoicing.
