Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Administration Coordinator to join our team in our East Kilbride or Slough office. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking information from the field to update and maintain the Management Information System (MIS), providing support to our operations team, management, and Commercial Administrators, and processing and analyzing costs and sales onto the MIS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for taking information from the field to update and maintain the Management Information System (MIS).
  • Provide support to our operations team, management, and Commercial Administrators.
  • Process and analyze costs and sales onto the Management Information System (MIS).
  • Submit deviation from estimates (DFEs) on AFS & MIS and supply the appropriate explanation for each to the client.
  • Provide support and answer queries for the Commercial Administrators.
  • Assume responsibility for all commercial issues on assigned projects such as payments to suppliers and invoicing our clients.
  • Invoicing queries from Team Leaders or the Senior Commercial Administration Manager.
  • Proactively work towards assigned targets every week, ensuring all workstacks are up to date.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, predominantly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • The ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills and willingness to adapt to new challenges.
  • Establish good working relationships with colleagues.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Effectively manage WIP and complete analysis on estimates to proceed to invoicing.
