About the Role:
We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee the administrative functions of our dynamic practice. This role is crucial in supporting the maintenance of compliance standards, financial oversight, marketing initiatives, and overall office management.

Main Responsibilities:

PRIMARY ROLE

1. Oversee Quality Assurance accreditations and standards, including ISO certifications.

2. Prepare for audits and ensure adherence to established standards.

3. Collaborate with leadership to develop marketing strategies, create promotional materials, and manage online presence.

4. Assist in financial management tasks using accounting software, including budgeting and insurance management.

5. Establish and maintain efficient office procedures, manage correspondence, and organize filing systems.

6. Coordinate with financial professionals regarding payroll, taxes, and compliance matters.

7. Supervise the administration team and manage personnel-related functions.

8. Oversee the cleaning staff and ensure a well-maintained office environment.

9. Maintain personnel records, including attendance, leave policies, and timesheets.

10. Organize and manage practice events and team-building activities.

COMMON ROLE WITHIN THE ADMIN DEPARTMENT

11. Control fee submissions and maintain quality plan registers.

12. Ensure an organized filing system for both active and inactive documents.

13. Arrange travel and accommodation for team members.

Salary: Based on experience
