About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our Pre-Operative Administration Team at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for staff and visitors to the Pre-Operative Assessment units.
  • Utilize excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Work collaboratively with the booking services team to provide administrative support and cover for colleagues as needed.
