Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will oversee and enhance the administration service, taking charge of daily operations within the administrative team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting annual performance reviews and managing staff leave and attendance in accordance with organizational policies.
- Demonstrating strong communication skills to coordinate staffing schedules and ensure timely information dissemination.
- Providing leadership in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.
- Motivating and inspiring team members, while proposing and implementing strategies to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills
Essential Qualifications
- NVQ Level 4 in Business Administration, Customer Service, Leadership, or an equivalent qualification.
- A demonstrated commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.
Required Knowledge
- Understanding of effective leadership principles.
- Familiarity with a variety of administrative processes and practices, supported by relevant theoretical knowledge.
Essential Skills
- Exceptional communication, listening, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and assertive in high-pressure situations.

Relevant Experience
- Proven experience in successfully leading and motivating an administrative team.
